Dear Job seekers, Here's hoping everyone is having a blessed Sunday. Today I decided to conduct a review of the many applications and resumés that I have been receiving via the Facebook inbox. The names associated with the messages are disturbing and unacceptable to say the least. I'd suggest coming up with separate email accounts and use this for CV and career matters. Employers are watching and Social Media matters!. If you do use an alternative for your actual name or a handle – make sure it doesn't sound silly like 'notorious Kenny, Attityde Gal, King Slim, Call me innocent, No love exists, Thickers Jenjen , Itz me Kalie, Nooky Nooky, just to name a few of what I have seen. I will repeat, Social Media matters and employers are watching. Please pay attention to your display photo as well as the name use to submit applications via Facebook easy apply.
